No phone? QR code doesn't work? No problem!

  • Employee tells you their employee number
  • You type it in
  • Order appears
  • Serve food!

Two Modes for Different Situations

Manual Mode (One by One)

This is the "one at a time" mode:

  • One employee comes
  • You scan
  • See the order
  • Serve the food
  • Next please!

When to use?

  • Quiet times
  • Few people
  • When you have time to talk to everyone

Continuous Scanner Mode (Turbo!) 🚀

This is the "rush hour" mode:

  • Scanner runs continuously
  • Multiple people can scan one after another
  • All scans are saved in a list
  • You work through the list

When to use?

  • Lunch rush
  • Many hungry people
  • When it needs to be fast

Continuous Scanner in Detail

How does it work?

  1. Start Scanner: Click on "Continuous Mode"
  2. Camera turns on: Now the scanner is active
  3. Let people scan: Everyone scans their QR code
  4. List fills up: All scanned people appear
  5. Serve food: Work through the list from top to bottom

  • Pause scanner briefly

Order Details

Once someone is scanned, you see:

  • Name: Who is this?
  • Main Course: What's for lunch?
  • Soup: If ordered
  • Dessert: If ordered
  • Special Notes: Allergies, extra requests

"Double Scan"

No problem:

  • System warns you
